Dr. Kar, is a very, kind and knowledgeable Neurologist. He takes time to answer your questions and goes over tests explaining exactly what it means and the purpose of them. And ALL of his office members, work together to keep your visit moving in a very timely manner. It is actually a joy to go to his office and feel very welcomed, by everyone there! The Truist representative was exceptional. She did everything she could possibly do rectify my home insurance/mortgage situation. She even called the insurance company and did a three-way call between us all to sort it out. I was very impressed!

The nurse and Dr. were very caring and knowledgeable. The Dr. seems very detailed. I believe she will not stop until she gets to the root of the problems. I will say the staff that assist with referrals, appointments, and such were not so friendly. They did seem rushed, and may have just been having a bad day. Hopefully, they see see this. Jobs can be stressful. Smile through it, in front of patients especially, and don't make the make the patient's feel like like a bother because the physician ordered multiple tests and referrals. 🙂
